These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bo44 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your registration, access to, and use of the bo44 online casino and sports betting platform at bo44.org. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through bo44, including the live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting, virtual casino, all promotional offers, and every associated feature of the platform.

3. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bo44 account. Opening a second account under the same identity or a different identity constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
4. You must complete any identity verification (KYC) process requested by bo44, including submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of your registered payment method.
5. You must not use the platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded, have been excluded by bo44 for any reason, or are otherwise prohibited from online gambling under laws or regulations applicable to you.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. bo44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

1. You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number, email address, and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
2. You must notify bo44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. All funds deposited into your bo44 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bo44 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of bo44 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you. bo44 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
5. You must keep your contact details — including your registered mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated contact information may delay account verification, withdrawals, or important platform notifications.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bo44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform. Players are encouraged to review these terms before initiating any transaction.

1. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka. bo44 is not responsible for exchange rate losses, bank charges, or payment gateway fees imposed by third-party providers outside of bo44's control.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bo44 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where a player has not previously completed full KYC verification.
3. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players must meet the rollover conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms before a withdrawal request will be processed.
4. bo44 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the matter may be escalated and relevant funds held pending investigation.
5. The name on your bo44 account must match the name registered on your payment method. Mismatched names may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests until identity is confirmed.

4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

bo44 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

1. The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player may claim the welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus on multiple occasions constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount received.
3. Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, both the bonus amount and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Applicable contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms for each offer.
5. bo44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from a specific promotion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of an offer.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity on bo44, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and virtual casino products.

1. All bets are final once placed and confirmed on the platform. bo44 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error — defined as an obvious and demonstrable mistake in the setting of odds, game parameters, or prize values.
2. All casino games on bo44 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems sourced from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure randomness and fairness of outcomes.
3. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a live session, bo44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake. bo44 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its direct control, including third-party internet or mobile network failures.
4. Maximum and minimum bet limits may apply to individual games, game categories, or promotional periods. Applicable limits are displayed within the game interface or in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may have the excess portion voided.
5. Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. bo44 reserves the right to suspend, amend, or void any sports betting market at its discretion, including where a market has been incorrectly priced, the underlying event has been cancelled or abandoned, or where integrity concerns have been identified.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bo44. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by bo44 is strictly prohibited.
2. Colluding with other players — including chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting to exploit promotional offers — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent account closure.
3. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or repeatedly claiming welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
4. Any attempt to launder money or use bo44 as a vehicle for illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited. bo44 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
5. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bo44 staff or other platform users — whether via support chat, email, or any other communication channel — is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bo44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination without prior notice.

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6, may result in immediate suspension without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate the player for funds held in the account at the time of suspension.
2. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bo44 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. During suspension, all account functions including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are frozen.
3. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, bo44 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where closure is not the result of a player breach, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting applicable bonus funds and pending wagers.
4. Players may voluntarily close their bo44 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Players who close their account voluntarily and subsequently re-register are not entitled to claim any new-player bonus unless otherwise determined by bo44 at its sole discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, personal, or emotional harm, players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to contact our support team for assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bo44 limits its liability as set out in the following clauses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

1. bo44 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bo44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or data loss.
2. bo44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.
3. bo44 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decisions, betting choices, or gambling behaviour. All players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that bo44 does not guarantee any outcome or return.
4. bo44 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bo44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bo44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the bo44 platform without the express prior written consent of bo44.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bo44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bo44 will provide notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current version is always available at bo44.org/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of bo44 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a player and bo44, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation in the first instance.
